Returns Policy
I sell a unique variety of new, preloved, vintage, and even a few antique items. Due to the nature of this type of resale business, most of my items are the only one of a kind that I carry. I do not offer refunds or exchanges. This is common practice when dealing with preloved and vintage items. All items are purchased "as-is" and are non-refundable as disclosed on each product page.
Descriptions are as accurate as possible. I do disclose flaws if found, as most of my items are pre-owned and may or may not show some type of wear. Please read all descriptions fully before making a purchase.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please email me kindly and directly at admin@nanasmiscellany.com. I will do my best to work with you as I do want you to be happy with your purchase and experience with my shop.
Shipping
I currently only ship to destinations in the United States and generally ship packages through the USPS.
I generally ship packages daily Monday - Saturday when the USPS is open. Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours. When the shipping label is created you will receive notification with your tracking number and the estimated date of delivery.
Please note that I do not have any control over the shipping rates as these are based on the weight of the package and the distance that it travels from my location to your address.
