Made in England starting in the 1920's - This is an early piece because of the Crown in the Logo. Also only shows the pattern name as Willow. At that time it was only made in the blue color so Blue was not included in the name
Very Lovely & Popular Blue Asian Design Pattern that was produced up until 2003 with different pottery markings on the back
